The only other company that was worse was called BIAS and they are no longer in business. I just tried to sign into the forum and the error message told me my main eMail address was not valid. If something goes wrong or if you need a simple question answered the crap storm starts. The software is great and if you never need assistance you will be fine. Trying to get questions answered or even to sign into their forum is a nightmare. The program is fine but the company organization is less than helpful. Once I turned it off and sit up the photo manually the program worked fine.
